Major Description
The patch modifies desk.cpl, so it uses GDI+ to load wallpaper previews and to convert images to
Bitmaps. It should be possible with the patch to use all image formats for wallpapers that can be
displayed with the shell image viewer.
The open file dialog currently has still just bmp and dib extensions, but all supported file types should
be listed in the wallpaper list box.
