[shell32] Folder Rendering Glitch

In the file browser, click and drag a folder to a blank location in the browser window where the files/folders are listed. Sometimes the glitch shows, other times it doesn't. But if it does show, it displays what seems to be copies of folders in both the desktop and the file browser's current location. The funny thing, is that if you refresh everything, it all goes away.

I'm not sure if this glitch affects the main trunk or not.
