Format byte size of memory usage in the status bar of Task Manager

I have two versions, the first one differs a bit more from the original taskmgr.exe, showing both the size in humanly meaningful units (formatted by using `StrFormatByteSizeW`) and a percentage (like Windows 7).

The second one mimics Windows 2003 and displays the memory usage in MB instead of KB. Which should be an improvement.
