Our ATL headers do not properly support declaring "outer" objects for aggregation

    Description

      In CORE-7953, the support for declaring "inner" objects was added, but not for "outer" objects that aggregate the inner ones. This is not strictly necessary, but it would be useful to simplify the implementation of CTrayBandSite in explorer-new.

      Missing features include the macros for declaring aggregated interface entries in the COM map, and the underlying support for aggregated entries from InternalQueryInterface.
