explorer_new: minor issues with menu

    Description

      There are two things that I can see that are a bit of a problem. In explorer, when you click on a menu like file, edit tools etc, you may encounter the menu getting stuck from time to time, just keep clicking on the menu and you will see it happen.

      This does not happen to Favorites. But you will notice when you click on Favorites menu the top bar of Explorer turns gray while it doesn't happen to the other menus.
