Missing font DPI entries in registry

    Description

      While reviewing the patch for CORE-8203 it was determined that the registry key desk.cpl was using did not exist in ReactOS. The relevant entries were not part of the set that setup added. They are:

      HKLM,"SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\FontDPI","LogPixels",0x00010003,96
      HKLM,"SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Hardware Profiles\Current\Software\Fonts","LogPixels",0x00010003,96
