[eventvwr] Update the Event Detail Dialog to better match XP/2K3

This patch improves the look and layout of the event details dialog to better match the dialog found in Windows XP/2003. Also, it has the capability to copy all the information from the dialog into the clipboard. And so far, it seems to work without any problems. I just need to add a few last minute details before it's ready to be submitted.
