Minor Description
Some users in the forum requested a more popular place for the rapps shortcut.
Now that we have the new shell, I decided to move it to the topmost startmenu level.
One problem is that the string of the shortcut is wider than the start menu, what causes the startmenu to grow in width. That looks ugly.
I dont know what is the correct solution for the start menu strings but if this will be fixed (or not 
)
the patch could be applied to better guide the users to rapps
