Description
try to drag an icon of a file in explorer window into a new location in it, and it briefly flashes on the desktop and sometimes creates a shortcut (makes no sense o.O) WITHIN that same folder it is in. Drag a folder, however and it is even worse: the desktop continuously gets new visual-only fake versions of the folder and it lags the system majorly as it continuously visually creates new fake copies which for whatever reason causes major unexplained lag. The only fix is to refresh the desktop, and even then, the ghost folder re-appears occasionally, requiring you to delete it once more, and then won't stop until you restart explorer.
