Network tray applet icons are uglily downscaled 32px versions instead of their 16px counterparts

It's just a matter of using the right flags when retrieving and copying the icons of various sizes. This fixes it.

By the way, LR_DEFAULTCOLOR doesn't do anything useful. LR_SHARED comes in handy for using LR_COPYFROMRESOURCE later on.
