2nd Stage setup has no Window borders when Lautus is enabled

    Description

      When I apply enable_lautus.patch (based on an old patch I found somewhere in Jira).
      The windows of the 2nd stage setup wizard doesn't have borders. Child windows of them (e.g. gecko prompt) have borders.
