    Description

      I feel like the msconfig icon should be changed because according to the Tango set, it is the icon for an executable file. The new icon also comes from the Tango set and I made the icon compatible by using this tutorial: http://community.reactos.org/index.php/news/design-how-to-create-reactos-compatible-icons.
