Context menus should align themselves top and/or left if there isn't enough space on their default alignment

Menus that can't fit when they are aligned toward one direction should prefer the other direction rather than fully covering the area pointed at by the mouse. The current behaviour makes using the notification area of explorer rather awkward, and running the task manager in Windows shows different behaviour.
