The 'buttons' for active programs in taskbar don't show correctly

The 'buttons' for active programs shown in tasktbar don't look in ReactOS as
they do in windows xp. They seem to be a little too low (lower than start
button) and the icon and text seem to be too low inside the button, so the lower
edge of the button is not shown.
