Explorer: directory tree not updated after CD changed

    Description

      The explorer doesn't update the directory tree after a CD has changed and the
      "Refresh" action in the "View" menu has been activated.

      And also probably related: after a subdirectory has been created in the file
      list pannel the new directory name doesn't appear in the directory tree.

      ReactOS is 0.2.8 (Bugzilla supports only "unspecified")
