installation error gimp-2.6.11 when russian name in path

      bootcd-66161-dbg - installation error gimp-2.6.11-i686-setup-1 when russian name of the directory.
      from the English catalog - installation starts

      If ReactOS is English, and gimp is in the directory with the Russian name - the installation does not start.
      If ReactOS is Russian, and gimp is in the directory with the Russian name - the installation starts.

      This applies to some other programs. For example, ultradefrag.
