Pidgin 2.10.1 does not start

    Description

      Earlier (when were problems with GTK+ drawing) i tried start Pidgin, and he worked. But now, probably, because of hack in kernel (in debug log many strings "(ntoskrnl/se/accesschk.c:253) HACK: RemainingAccess = 0x00000116 DesiredAccess = 0x001001bf", program not started.
