Chrome Standalone Setup 37.0.2062 Corrupts Filesystem until Reboot

    Description

      After running chrome standalone installer, an error about missing locale files pops up when the installer attempts to run chrome. Opening the Locales folder shows corrupted filesystem.After ReactOS is rebooted, files appear correctly however and chrome can launch.
