Menubar renders incorrecly for CFF Explorer from Explorer Suite

    Description

      Running CFF explorer in Reactos the entries in the menubar only display one character. One can still click on the menus and the corresponding drop downs are drawn properly. See comparison with windows XP.

      Debug log obtained when opening the program and navigating menus.
