While copying files, the system hangs

    Description

      I tried to copy a 500 MB folder from CD to harddisk, but whole system froze. There is CD/harddisk activity, the only good thing is that.

      Restarted the system, went to the command prompt and used xcopy /e, everything worked perfectly! No hangs, no copy errors. This issue exists for a loooong time, and both in old/new explorer.

      We are writing a GUI system, not CLI. This is a blocker in my view, because too many computer users in the real world that don't know commands..
