Regression: Image viewer exception in shimgvw when opening a file from cdrom

    Description

      r66417, VBox 4.3.12.

      ReactOS Image viewer fails to display a JPEG image from cdrom. It may be a specific one, so I'm attaching it. Also attaching current debuglog and debuglogs from the older ROS revisions before and after the regression happened.
