Keyboard layout DLLs revamping

What we need to do:

• Complete our KbdL compiler so that it can correctly generate back the sources of our current KbdL DLLs (cross-check) given KbdL files. One needs to keep an eye on GCC code generation.
• Convert all our current keyboard layout (KbdL) DLLs into KbdL files that can be interpreted by our KbdL compiler.
