Lync 2010 - cannot start

r66495, VBox 4.3.12.

Lync 2010 can be downloaded from here: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=5484 It installs (noting that Silverlight setup did not finish properly), then Lync's communicator.exe says:
"The procedure entry point GetAddrInfoW could not be located in the dynamic link library WS2_32.dll"

Any subsequent run requires msvcr90.dll and msvcp90.dll present in the same folder as communicator.exe.
