Update VLC and Firefox

Firefox 37:

Works fine and does not crash.

VLC 2.2.0:

http://get.videolan.org/vlc/2.2.0/win32/vlc-2.2.0-win32.exe.

It works quite nicely and videos even work. (except for the time VLC crashed but that happened only once while testing.
