Window Manager: keysequence Ctrl-Esc should open start menu

    Description

      Everyday tasks should be able to be done via keyboard not mouse only. In
      addition they should not only depend by keys introduced bye the Win95 keyboard.
      A keyboard prior to this should suffice.
      So the keysequence Ctrl-Esc should open the start menu.
