Assertion failure 'entry->flags & HANDLEENTRY_INDESTROY' when using Magnifier

    Description

      Open Magnifier, open the start menu and mouse through the menus. Then try to close the start menu by clicking on the start button. Leave the mouse alone and don't do anything for a about 10-20 seconds. Boom!

      Assertion 'entry->flags & HANDLEENTRY_INDESTROY' failed at ../../win32ss/user/ntuser/object.c line 604
