Owner draw items in shell context menus

We do not support owner draw capabilities for shell context menus. This should be done by using the IContextMenu2::HandleMenuMsg method. An example of this is that tortoise svn and notepad++ shell extensions use owner draw capabilities to draw their icons on the context menu.
