Minor Description
This patch adds a floppy drive icon to ReactOS. The icon is called floppy.ico but it can be changed if needed. It sill does not change the default icon when My Computer is loaded with no floppy drive, as that's a bug most likely. But when a floppy drive is loaded, it will display this icon properly.
