[PATCH] rapps database nginx license

The recent added "nginx" formulates its license as "2-clause BSD". This is in fact the "FreeBSD" license:

"2-clause BSD" sounds a little confusing (at least to me) and I think it would be better to be changed in "FreeBSD".
