Error when installing VB6 (ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT)

    Description

      failed to install VisualBasic 6 (build ROS 67165). During the installation process, the wizard must run the file "ACMBOOT.EXE" but in ROS, this file cannot execute. If you try to run the file from Explorer, it leads to error: ERROR_BAD_EXE_FORMAT. In XP, this error does not occur.
