After creating a window by CreateDialog the exstyle-flag is wrong. Should be 0x50010 (more se patch.)

    Description

      See CreateDialog-Test in ROSTESTS-136. The test for CreateDialog checks the exstyle. It is different to W2k.

      In W2k it is WS_WS_EX_APPWINDOW | WS_EX_CONTROLPARENT | WS_EX_WINDOWEDGE (0x50010).
