Description
This patch aims to make ieframe translatable by adding language files. Afterwards, this needs to go to WINE. Translators, please translate the English file and just attach the RC file with the file name so if it was Bulgarian, attach the file as bg-BG.rc. That would be a big help. Thanks! Also, if you see something wrong, please tell me so I can fix it.
