Open Watcom not show icon (executable file) and another errors

Hi, i attach a two screenshots, in the first open watcom executable file not show icon under reactos, in windows xp and 7 work very good. In the second open watcom work fine, but when open the ide (to edit cpp file) show an error and not open the cpp file, attach log file too, thanks.
