Hide the mouse pointer when over NTVDM window

When an NTVDM application is running (e.g. Teen Agent from CORE-8689), there are two cursors displayed when playing the game - one pointer from the operating system and one another from the game itself. The pointers work properly, it's just a cosmetic issue of hiding the OS pointer.
