[PATCH] work on Romanian related strings in drivers inf

    Description

      1. Complete the work started in r67301 by removing duplicated Romanian blocks. (I'm not sure how it come to this, as my previous related patch from CORE-9516 wasn't at fault.)
      2. Fix Romanian string designation in "CM8738-x32.inf" and "CM8738-x64.inf".
      3. Translate in Romanian additional strings in "cdrom_new\cdrom.inf".
