      ReactOS Trunk r67325
      found 2 GUI glitches within TCP/IP settings

      first is weird PushButton layout (TcpIp-DNS-Button-Layout.png)

      Degree of uglyness is language dependent, issue here is all .rc files within dll\win32\netcfgx\lang\ all need sync regarding button and listview position offsets

      second is strange looking disabled line-edits (TcpIp-StrangeLookingDisabledLineEdits.png)
