ThmSvc (Themes) - no sound & network icon in systray when ThmSvc disabled

    Description

      ReactOS Trunk 67347

      When you disable ThmSvc (Theme service) and restart, the systray icons for Sound-Volume and Network-Connection get lost.
      (attached screenshot)

      When you disable the Themes service in MS-Windows, there is no such issue.
