Some fonts doesn't render bold/italic under ReactOS

PMingLiU (新細明體) taken from Windows XP (split into .ttf from .ttc and also renamed) does not render bold and/or italic.

Some fonts that comes with ReactOS also displays this behaviour:

• Fixedsys
• Open Sans Condensed
• Symbol
• Ubuntu Condensed
• VGA
