[NTVDM]: SimCity 2000 problems

    Description

      SimCity does not start and maybe the info tool reveals a problem which makes Tunnel B1 fail too. Attached are the findings of the Info tool on DosBox and ntvdm + a Log of it running + the try to start sc2000. See the No VESA support found line which we don't have at all.

      I made DosBox 486_slow and no sound (+ disabled all cards except pc speaker) and vgaonly and 16 MB RAM ems, xms, umb on.
