PATCH: RegQueryValueExW fails to set properly the REG_NONE type

    Description

      This patch fixes several bugs in RegQueryValueExW:

      • Don't set "type" to REG_NONE if "type" is NULL.
      • Set "type" just to REG_NONE when:
        • The handle is Valid but the value is NULL or Inexistent.
        • The handle is Invalid but not NULL.
