RealHW: LiveCD bugcheck on "Custom ION HTPC" - Phase1Initialization fails

      r67545.

      LiveCD boot is not possible - somewhere between SWENUM.SYS and (presumably) VBEMP.SYS components the boot fails. This is the furthest progress I have seen on this machine.
      I tried unplugging all hard drives and USB devices before boot, no difference. The same burned LiveCD does work in another machine.
      Raddr2lined backtrace of Debug(Screen) in text is below and photos of the screen are attached, I also attach some basic information about the system.
