Not sure but seems the BS_DIBPATTERN8x8 is not supported in 2k3 according to test 256: https://reactos.org/sites/all/modules/reactos/testman/detail.php?id=20543825&prev=20542367
Some MSDN pages marks it as unsupported, so I'm attaching a patch removing it.
