ReactOS will not boot with mouse plugged in

    Description

      Tested it in build 67668. It installed just fine, but once it boots, it will give a blue screen if the mouse is plugged in. If it isn't plugged in, it will boot just fine.

      Dell mouse. The product ID is LZ003HC5G7H and the PIN on it is XN966.
