[fontview] Improve file filter

    Description

      • In ErrorMsgBox(), remove the dwCaptionID argument since all of them use IDS_ERROR as their caption.
      • Localized and expanded the filter list.
      • In hivecls.inf, enhance entries for both *.fon and *.ttf. Also added *.otf.
