Explorer leaks memory when started in WinXP SP3 & Win2K3SP2 (4KB/sec)

    Description

      If you just start ros explorer_new (with or without rshell)
      instead of MS-explorer as shell on WinXPSP3 or Win2K3SP2,
      the process leaks a lot of memory.

      About 4KB/sec, never ending.
      Can easily be observed via task manager.

      Interestingly, explorer_new does NOT leak on ROS.
      In any case, it must be a bug within explorer_new.exe
