Minor Description
According to here: http://www.glennslayden.com/code/shell32_icons.jpg, the icon for extended properties should be 174 but I had it set to 280 (Windows does not have an icon 280). This also fixes the floppy icon as Windows uses the icons 6 and 7 for floppy drive unlike ReactOS's which is called floppy. The person committing will need to manually delete floppy.ico
