USETUP only supports one primary partition per disk in MBR setups

    Description

      The setup system only allows one primary partition per disk on MBR type disk labels. This prevents co-installation in many situations. We should be able to install into whatever new or existing partition on the disk as long as it has or is going to be formatted to appropriate filesystem.
