      1. install Norton PartitionMagic 8.0 - close all windows - "Start->Shut Down...->Shut down". --> stopped hanging - debug-1

      2. Open text files, folders. - Everything is closed. - "Start->Shut Down...->Shut down". --> stopped hanging - debug-2
