[netshell] Improve dialogs

Make enhancements to the netshell dialogs and rewrite some of them to make them more like the ones found in XP/2K3.

Changelog:

• In IDD_LAN_NETSTATUSDETAILS, make it so that the entire row selectable instead of just the first item of the row.
• Show dialog and add to debug log about how uninstalling network components is unimplemented. (Jared)
• Replace "Show Icon" with "Show icon" so it's like XP and so it looks better. (Jared)
• Clean up the layout of the IDD_LAN_NETSTATUS dialog.

NOTE: More changes will be added as time goes on.
