msvc builds don't boot on K7-Class CPU (Non-sse2 ?)

Used msvc-builds all the time on K8-laptop.
But these freeze after freedlr before usetup when using on Athlon-XP, either virt. or real, tested today with 68203-msvc, 68293-msvc and 68203-msvc. Same gcc builds run w/ problem.
